How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in the following ways:
- In the shipping confirmation email you received
- Within your Trudie account
- Contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Will I be charged sales tax?
As required by law, sales tax is collected in select U.S states. Sales tax for your state will be generated upon entering your shipping address and before your payment is processed.
Where do you ship?
Trudie offers domestic and international shipping.
What does shipping cost?
Domestic orders - $15.00 flat rate
2nd Day Air - $25.00 within the United States
Overnight - $50 within the United States
Overnight Saturday delivery - $75
International Shipping - shipping fee calculated at checkout (custom fees may apply upon delivery)
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders with products in stock will ship within two business days. Transit times begin on the date your order initially ships out, not the date of the order placed.
For Pre-Order items, please see the lead time listed on individual product descriptions.
For In-Stock items:
Domestic Flat Rate - 5-7 business days
2nd Day Air - 2 business days
Overnight Saturday - 1 day
International Shipping: 10-40 days
How do I track my order?
Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with Trudie, you may also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking "orders." If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com
We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible, as a result, some items may ship separately. If you wish to ship all your items at once, you can select “gift” at checkout. This will ensure that all items will ship together in the same parcel. All international orders will be shipped together.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your items from Trudie. Unless otherwise written specifically on the individual product page, all our products are returnable. We accept the return or exchange of unused items within 15 days of receipt. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless items are found to be defective.
How do I start a return or exchange?
In order to start an exchange or return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will be in touch shortly with further instructions.
For a refund associated with a return, it can take up 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once we have processed it back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Only items purchased on shoptrudie.com may be exchanged or returned.
Where are your products made?
Product production information can be found on each individual item. If you have specific questions about where our products are made, please contact us.
Will sold out products come back in stock?
Depending on the season, products may or may not be re-stocked. If a product is sold out, you may opt in to be notified for a potential restock on our individual product pages.
